Baked Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 lb large raw shrimp
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place shrimp in a 12 x 9 baking dish.
- Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, cajun seasoning, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the shrimp and toss well to combine.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with lemons
I served my shrimp over brown rice with zucchini on the side. If you want a more keto-friendly option, you can serve it over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.
