Baked Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large raw shrimp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • lemon

Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place shrimp in a 12 x 9 baking dish.
  3. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, cajun seasoning, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the shrimp and toss well to combine.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with lemons

I served my shrimp over brown rice with zucchini on the side. If you want a more keto-friendly option, you can serve it over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.
