Baked Barbecue Shrimp

  **recipe adapted from eMeals Ingredients: 1 lb large raw shrimp 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp cajun seasoning 4 tsp soy sauce 1/8 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper lemon Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place shrimp in a 12 x 9 baking dish. Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, cajun seasoning, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the shrimp and toss well to combine. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve with lemons I served my shrimp over brown rice with zucchini on the side. If you want a more keto-friendly option, you can serve it over cauliflower rice or zucchini noodles.
